Investor Picks LLC is a technology platform and software utility. Investor Picks LLC is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not facilitate the purchase, sale, or trade of securities, nor do we broker, negotiate, or execute investment deals. Any introductions made on the platform are for informational and software matchmaking purposes only.
No Guarantee of Funding
Investor Picks LLC provides a communication tool. We do not guarantee that Founders will receive funding, responses, or engagement from Investors on the platform. The $30 monthly subscription fee pays strictly for platform access, software features, and credit allocations, not for guaranteed financial outcomes.
Fees, Credits, and the No-Refund Policy
All subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis at $30/month until canceled. All payments are strictly non-refundable. "Booster Packs" purchased on demand are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The Referral Program Anti-Fraud Guardrail
To qualify for the $100 referral milestone reward, all ten (10) referred founder accounts must maintain an active, paid, non-refunded subscription for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days. Investor Picks LLC reserves the right to withhold payouts and terminate accounts suspected of referral fraud, manufacturing fake accounts, or manipulating credit systems.
