What is Investor Picks?
Investor Picks is a curated, members-only marketplace where startup founders meet investors. Founders publish a company profile and pitch the angel investors and venture capital firms they choose, and investors discover vetted companies before the wider market does.
Who is Investor Picks for?
Three groups: startup founders raising capital, investors including angels, family offices and venture capital firms, and Talent Scouts who endorse and rate the founders they believe in.
Is Investor Picks available worldwide?
Yes. Founders and investors from North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America and Oceania use the platform. All pitch meetings are held on Zoom.
Who runs Investor Picks?
Investor Picks was founded by Peter Jean Marie, who serves as Chief Executive Officer.
Founders
How much does founder membership cost?
Founder membership is $30 per month, or $300 per year which includes two months free. Both are recurring subscriptions and can be cancelled at any time.
How do I pitch an investor?
Once your company profile is published, browse The Index of investors, open the profile of the investor you want, and send your pitch directly. The investor accepts or declines, and accepted pitches move to a free Zoom meeting.
Can I upload my pitch deck and videos?
Yes. Every founder profile includes an album for pitch documents, videos and photos. Pitch documents are shown only to registered, verified investors — never to the public.
Do I need traction or revenue to join?
No. Founders at every stage join, including pre-revenue and pre-seed companies. Many investors on the platform invest specifically before revenue exists.

Do investors pay anything?
No. Investor membership is free permanently — no subscription, no commission, and no fee to receive pitches.
Can an investor charge a founder to hear a pitch?
No. Charging founders for pitch access is not permitted anywhere on Investor Picks.
How are investors verified?
Every investor application is reviewed before the profile is published, including professional background and public presence. Verified investors receive full access to founder pitch documents.
Talent Scouts
What is a Talent Scout?
A Talent Scout is a verified member who endorses founders by rating companies one to five stars, helping the strongest companies rise in The Index. Talent Scout membership is free.
What can a Talent Scout see?
Talent Scouts can read a company's public description and rate it. They cannot view pitch documents or founder contact details — those are reserved for verified investors.
